W dniu 6 kwietnia 2023 roku została podpisana umowa inwestycyjna, mocą której Tychy Investment Company Limited obejmie większościowy pakiet akcji Klubu Piłkarskiego GKS Tychy S.A.
Dzisiaj Tychy Investment Company Limited sfinalizował pierwszy etap inwestycji, a na podstawie dokonanych wpłat tytułem objęcia akcji nowej emisji i podwyższenia kapitału zakładowego Spółki stanie się właścicielem 70,61 % akcji Klubu Piłkarskiego GKS Tychy S.A. W najbliższych miesiącach Tychy Investment Company Limited zwiększy swój pakiet właścicielski do 75%. Tyski Sport S.A. pozostanie akcjonariuszem mniejszościowym i ważnym partnerem dla inwestorów i klubu. Wniesiony kapitał zostanie wykorzystany na rozwój całej organizacji od strony sportowej i komercyjnej.

Przypomnijmy, że w związku z zawarciem umowy inwestycyjnej w dniu 6 kwietnia 2023 roku, doszło do zmian we władzach Spółki. Zarząd powiększył się o dwóch nowych członków: Averi Seelig i Max Kothny. Max Kothny był zaangażowany w całą transakcję od samego początku, a wcześniej pracował już przy kilku projektach w ramach wieloklubowego ekosystemu. W skład Rady Nadzorczej Spółki wchodzą: Frederick R. Ayers Jr. jako Przewodniczący, Paul Conway z Pacific Media Group jako Wiceprzewodniczący oraz Miłosz Surdziel i Dominik Urbanik jako przedstawiciele Tyski Sport S.A.
To ekscytujące być częścią tej całej inwestycji od początku negocjacji. Śledzę ten niesamowity klub już od kilku miesięcy i jestem bardzo podekscytowany możliwością dalszego rozwoju klubu wraz ze wszystkimi pracownikami, kibicami, sponsorami i miastem oraz wzniesienia go na nowy, wyższy poziom. W kolejnych sezonach chcemy zbudować ambitną drużynę i wykorzystać synergię pomiędzy naszymi klubami, aby pokazać futbol odnoszący sukcesy, atrakcyjny i agresywny. Ponadto skupimy się na wzroście przychodów i szerszym marketingu międzynarodowym. Tychy Investment Company Limited completes stage one investment at Football Club GKS Tychy S.A.
On April 6th, 2023 an investment agreement was signed under which Tychy Investment Company Limited will acquire the majority shares of Football Club GKS Tychy S.A.
Today, Tychy Investment Company Limited completed the first phase of the investment and on the basis of the payments made for the acquisition of new issue shares and the increase in the share capital of the Company, it will become the owner of 70,61 % of shares in Football Club GKS Tychy S.A.
In the coming months Tychy Investment Company Limitedwill increase its ownership to 75%. Tyski Sport S.A. remains as minority shareholder and important partner for the investors and the club. The injected capital will be used to grow the whole organization on the sportive and commercial side.
Lead investor is The Seelig Group whose CFO Fred Ayers also becomes new chairman of the supervisory board. The Seelig Group is currently invested in FC Thun (Switzerland), K.V. Oostende (Belgium), AS Nancy (France) and 1. FC Kaiserslautern (Germany).

In connection with the conclusion of the investment agreement, on April 6, 2023, there were changes in the Company's governing bodies. The Management Board was increased by two new members: Averi Seelig and Max Kothny. Max Kothny has been involved in the whole transaction from the very beginning and already worked on several projects within the multi-club ecosystem. The Company's Supervisory Board consists of: Frederick R.
